These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ll77 ("ll77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ll77 online gaming platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing the ll77 Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the ll77 Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ll77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ll77.

Access to and use of the ll77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in strict compliance with Philippine gaming regulations as administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ll77, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ll77 Platform for any reason.

By registering an account on ll77, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements set out above. ll77 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you do not meet these requirements.

To access the full range of services offered by ll77, you are required to register a personal account on the Platform. The following rules apply to all ll77 accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ll77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep that information current at all times. ll77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ll77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ll77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ll77 support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ll77 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with ll77's KYC procedures, which may include the submission of identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. ll77 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.1 Deposits

ll77 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. ll77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Deposits are generally credited to your ll77 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ll77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. ll77 aims to process withdrawal requests for verified accounts within the timeframes specified on the Platform. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed in under five minutes, though ll77 does not guarantee specific processing times.

ll77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ll77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion fees are applied to PHP transactions. ll77 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ll77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified prior to the application of any dormancy fees.

ll77 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all ll77 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ll77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• ll77 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player's wagering activity qualifies for bonus purposes.

All games available on the ll77 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply across all ll77 games:

6.1 Random Number Generation

All ll77 casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by any prior results, player behavior, or external factors.

6.2 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual gaming sessions. ll77 does not manipulate RTP settings outside of the parameters established by the game provider.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, ll77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. ll77 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.4 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in ll77's server logs shall be deemed definitive. ll77's decision on all disputed game outcomes is final and binding, subject to the player's right to escalate the matter through ll77's formal complaints procedure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ll77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the ll77 Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by ll77.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ll77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

ll77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe, enjoyable, and sustainable gaming environment for all Filipino players. ll77 recognizes that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and the Platform provides a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ll77 players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ll77 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ll77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the ll77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ll77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ll77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ll77 Platform without the prior written consent of ll77.

The ll77 name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ll77. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of ll77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ll77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ll77 Platform or any services provided therein.

ll77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

In no event shall ll77's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ll77 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ll77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

ll77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Determination that continued operation of your account poses a risk to ll77 or other players.

You may close your ll77 account at any time by contacting ll77 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation. ll77 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines.

ll77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ll77 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ll77 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 11.
